Job Summary:
We have a ground floor opportunity and are seeking 1-2 a highly skilled and compassionate Nurse Practitioners to join our team. As a Nurse Practitioner, you will provide advanced nursing care to patients in various healthcare settings. Your role will involve assessing and treating wounds as well as collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care. You will receive $600 per patient encounter. Each encounter is less than an hour. As stated this is a brand new service and is best explained via email or phone.

We will be in Fremont and surrounding counties

Responsibilities:
- Visit patients where they call home
- Treat the patients wound with our advanced treatment
- Communicate with their primary care giver
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans
- Monitor patient progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans
- Document patient information accurately and efficiently using electronic medical record systems (e.g., Cerner)
- Adhere to all legal, ethical, and professional standards of nursing practice

Qualifications:
- Valid Nurse Practitioner license in the state of Ohio
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner preferred
- Some experience in wound care
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
